In today’s fast moving world, we usually encounter a number of people, who are either out of shape or are carrying along a number of hidden deficiencies and diseases. These are the people, who are either negligent or insensitive towards the healthiness of their diet and lifestyle. They just remember to eat but eat to satiate their taste buds. But in those cases, it is almost certain that they are going to be trapped in the serious health hazards in the time to come. They should appreciate the fact that the body cells, which do not get good food for their nourishment would get choked with various toxins. Therefore, one needs to be fully aware of one’s healthy intake and need to keep a few things in mind.

With little or no vegetables in one’s daily diet and solely survival on foods like dhoklas, idlis or biryanis, one thinks that one is taking the most nourished and low caloric food but that poor fellow should know that such food patterns may lead to lethargic and degenerative diseases. Vegetables and green leafy vegetables are of utmost importance and should become an indigenous part of one’s dietary plans, but it has been observed that these are not preferred by the taste buds of our younger generations when options of kadhi chawal or channa diet is there. But it is mandatory for everyone to adjust the tastebuds for these green nourishments as well.

The human body needs energy to perform different daily activities. The energy level of one’s body depends upon the fuel in the shape of food, one takes. Due to hectic lifestyle in today’s world, most of the people prefer fast food and ready to eat food to save their precious time but while doing so, they forget about their most precious belonging… their good health. Most of the times, the choices of ready to eat foods of such unaware people are artificially sweetened or are made salty with mono sodium glutamate to satisfy their tastebuds but these bring along with them a package of side effects for their body health. Therefore, under such situations, one should be aware enough to select the healthy options of the ready to eat foods.

Spring rolls, cream soups, momos are the first choice of many of so called health conscious youngsters, which they relish after doing strenuous exercises, as these are easily available comfort foods to replenish their energy levels. After doing great bone breaking exercises in the gyms, their bodies get exhausted with low energy levels and they fall easy prey to the vendors of such items, waiting outside gyms. To avoid such situations, one needs to control one’s taste buds, and prefer home made healthy options else all efforts made in the gym will go in vein.
FANCY WESTERN DIETS
Imitating western diets, Indian foods are also getting fancier. Burgers, sandwiches, flavoured juices, muffins are becoming first meal choices in the morning. What is needed in today’s life is quality food and not the fancy food. Proper nutrition should be the priority to maximise the vitality levels. The kick starting of the day should be with the most energetic and nutritious food though it may be a simple preparation.
